WGC v Worchestershire

The Worcs match held on the centenary course at Redditch Golf Club.

The course was in excellent condition with greens running fast and true.

The weather started overcast with light winds for half the rounds then the rains came in with drizzle for the later matches.

However this did not dampen the spirits of the players who thoroughly enjoyed the course and good company despite loosing the match 3 1/2 to 4 1/2.

Congratulations to captain Tony on his last match and for arriving without a change of jacket and shirt then duly supplied by our hosts.

Overall a good day enjoyed by all.
