Wiltshire Golf Captains   v     South West Secretaries

The day was a great success with the secretaries winning 5-3.

We were lucky with the weather - we only had light rain for about half an hour just after the start, but it turned out sunny again & we all soon dried out.

Everybody enjoyed the course immensely and were well wined & dined after as I received nothing but high praise from everybody I spoke to.

The company was excellent with plenty of good hearted banter.

My thanks to Steve Griffiths, John Mills, Irwin Brohier and everyone else who helped organise the event.

It was an excellent day all round and I look forward to the next one.
